Master Chef Uros Urosevic is one of the most respected Serbian chefs who for years has been making great efforts in the development of home cooking and his promotion abroad. Urosevic is the first chef from Serbia who has been accepted into the most elite culinary association – the World Society of Master Chefs from London, who thanks to numerous merit, activities and respected members won the title of the most prestigious and leading international association of bosses.

In his career, for more than twenty competitions, he was a member of the jury as an international gastronomic judge with a WACS license (World Cooking Association). In addition, he is Honorary member of the ACEEA association from Romania, the holder of the award Master Chef, awarded by the Association of Cooks of Mediterranean and European Regions, Honorary Member of the Euro-Heads of Portugal, and the holder of honorary association of the Cookery Association of Kazakhstan. He participates as an appraiser at the prestigious international ITQI Food Quality Assessment Institute in Brussels.

During his professional career he worked in several hotels and restaurants, and gained experience in all working positions, and today he is the manager for relations with HoReCa customers, METRO Cash & Carry. Previously, he was the head of the Metro HoReCa Center, the most modern centre for education and promotion of hospitality in this part of Europe, which was opened in Belgrade in early 2013.
