Promotion of the book Traditional Serbian food and recipes will be held within the Bela Crkva Carnival, June 19, 2018. at 20:30 h in the National Library Bela Crkva, street 1st October 57.
The “Bela Crkva Carnival” is a multidisciplinary manifestation and represents a blend of tourism and economy, involving local, regional and other segments in order to promote the Bela Crkva and its potentials as well as the whole region. The whole city is involved in the preparation of the carnival, and the streets and fasades are adorned separately for this occasion.
About the book Traditional Serbian food and recipes will speak author Miodrag Ilic and Kristina Gaspar, a gastro-editor.
