Promotion of the book Traditional Serbian food and recipes will be held in Topola at the Radoje Domanović Library, Street Kraljice Marije 4 at 7PM.
The Radoje Domanović Library in Topola today has a fund of about 40,000 books. Library material is enlarged by buying, by purchasing the Ministry of Culture and as the gifts of individuals, institutions and publishers. The library contains the legacy of Dusan Baraniva, the Teacher’s Fund Dane and Pavle Ristic from Topola, as well as Svetlana Bajic, the director of TV Belgrade. The library has an extremely valuable native collection in which books from the rich history of our region are kept, even a number of books from their own library of King Peter I and King Alexander I. The works of local writers are also present in this fund. The library collects, preserves and provides for use in the reading of old and rare books. The oldest book in this fund is Časlov from 1854.
The promotion will be hosted by the director of the library Slađana Mitrović, and speakers list is: chef Dejan Ilic, Kristina Gaspar and author of the book Miodrag Ilic.
