Apple juice from 1901


For apple juice you should use very good matured apples, winter type or summer. But any type you choose, if they are not fully mature, you have to leave them to mature, and then to use them.

Apples are grind or grate and live them to be drained in a strainer, and then the juice in pot and cook it. For all types of apples, which are inherently sweet, it is not necessary to add sugar, and for the other should be added to 100 grams of sugar per liter of juice.

Prepared juice is kept in a well-sealed bottles in a cool, dark place.
