Finally, the culinary revolution is moving retrograde. All the large kitchens have turned into their own legacy, with which the generations grew up – without additives and preservatives, without artificial colors and sweeteners. That is why traditional recipes are only those that originated until the Second World War, because in the local kitchen of that time did not use industrially processed foods.
